Are you going to delete your account because you have changed your email?

You don’t need to; this article will show you how to update your Wikiloc account information.

Would you still like to delete your account?

Before deleting your account, please make sure you don't have an active Wikiloc Premium Subscription. If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so by following these steps:

Remember, if you delete your Wikiloc account, you will permanently delete all your information and personal data from our system.

Delete your account from the web

  1. Log in with the Wikiloc account you want to delete and access your Settings from the profile image at the top right.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will find the option to Delete account.
  3. An explanatory screen will be displayed as all your information and personal data will be deleted from our system. At the bottom of this page, you are asked to confirm that you really want to delete your account. If so, click the Delete this account (“account name”) button.
  4. Finally, you are asked to enter your password.

Delete your account from the app

  1. Sign in with the account you want to delete and go to Profile > Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will find the option to Delete your account.
  3. An explanatory screen will be displayed as all your information and personal data will be deleted from our system. At the bottom of this page, you are asked to confirm that you really want to delete your account. If so, click the Delete your account “account name option.
  4. The last step is to confirm the deletion of your account by writing “Delete your account”.

Can a deleted Wikiloc account be recovered?

Once an account is deleted, it is not recoverable. As notified at the time of deletion, the account and all associated information, including trails, are permanently removed from our system.
