If you are trying to access your Wikiloc account either via the App or the Website and cannot get in, please be sure you are following the steps below:
- Keep in mind that your email or username can be used interchangeably on both the Wikiloc Website and in our App.y.
- Make sure your password has been written with the correct upper & lowercase.
- If you have forgotten the password, follow this link to change it. *
* If you have the email but the link does not work, this may be due to having sent multiple requests. Keep in mind that only the most recently sent link will be valid. Also, to be sure that you are clicking on the newest link, check that the most recent message has not been hidden or sent to Spam.
