How to manage your Offline Maps on the Wikiloc App

Don't have the Wikiloc App yet?  Get it here!

On the "Profile" tab, in the top-right corner of the screen, select the "Settings" gear icon and then the "Offline Maps" option.
Once the screen opens up, you will see:

Downloaded maps:

If you click on one of your downloaded maps, a screen will open with:

  • Map detail
  • "Show Map": By clicking on this button, you will be able to open it to look over the details.
  • "Trash bin": By clicking on this button, you will be able to remove it
  • "Move to SD": If you have an Android device with a KitKat (4.4) or higher version and with an SD card, if you click on this button, you will transfer the map there.

Maps of your area:

You will see your area's available offline maps. If you click one of them, a screen will open with:

  • Map details
  •  "Download": By clicking on this button, you will download the selected offline map.

We recommend you download these files using a Wi-Fi  connection  since the use of mobile data can be very intense due to its large size.
