Do you want to know what the Offline Maps symbols mean?


When there is no mobile coverage and/or internet data available:

  • The GPS on your device continues to work as it can obtain the position of the planet from orbiting satellites.
  • The Map of your GPS Navigator may experience some difficulty as it can't be loaded if not previously stored on your mobile.
To overcome the above mentioned difficulty, Wikiloc offers the convenience of Offline Maps which can be downloaded to your mobile or tablet. These maps can be used when you don't have data or internet connection.
Offline Maps feature some Waypoints, such as roads, paths, points of interest, etc. that appear on the map:
