I haven't received the validation link email

If the link to validate your Wikiloc account still hasn’t appeared in your email inbox:

  1. Check your spam inbox, sometimes your email sends it there.
  2. If you still don't have the email, request it again with the password recovery process link.
  3. If you have the email but the link does not work, you might have requested it multiple times and the link you are clicking on has been outdated by a newer one (only the most recent one is valid). If you have more than one link, make sure to click on the most recent (sometimes the new ones are hidden).
  4. these steps still don't solve the problem, write us and we will send it again.
