I haven't received the validation link email

If the link to validate your Wikiloc account still hasn’t appeared in your email inbox:

  1. Check your spam inbox; sometimes, your email sends it there.
  2. If you still don't have the email, request it again using the password recovery process link.
  3. If you have the email, but the link does not work, you might have requested it multiple times, and the link you are clicking on has been outdated by a newer one (only the most recent one is valid). If you have multiple links, click on the most recent (sometimes the new ones are hidden).
  4. If these steps don't solve the problem, write to us, and we will send it again.
