Online maps on the App are not loading (Android)

Are you trying to open a trail from the App but you get a blank map?

Online maps from all Android GPS navigation App, come from a Google Play Services App service.

We have been recently informed that most Apps with online maps have been coming across issues with loading them.

In most cases, the problem can be solved by following these steps:

Clear Google Play Service's App Data:
1. From your device's "settings", go to "Apps & Notifications" and click on "Google Play Services".
2. Click on "storage"
3. Click on "clear data"
Update Google Play Services App to the latest version
1. From your device's "settings", go to "Apps & Notifications" and click on "Google Play Services".
2. On the "store" section, select "App data". Google Play will open with the App tab.
3. Click on "update"
Check if you have an Android or system update on your device
Restart the device
