The App crashes immediately after opening

On very rare occasions, the App data can have problems that force the App to close just after opening it:

• If you don't have trails to upload, delete the App and then reinstall. This will erase all the local data of the App including any unpublished trails there may have been.

• If you have pending routes to upload, contact us and we will try to find a solution for you so as not to lose any trails and be able to use the App again.
