The App crashes immediately after opening

On infrequent occasions, the App data can have problems that force the App to close just after opening it:

• If you don't have trails to upload, delete and reinstall the app. This will erase all the local data on the app, including any unpublished trails there may have been.
• If you have pending trails to upload, please reach out to us, and we will try to find a solution for you so as not to lose any trails and be able to use the App again.
