Send trails from Wikiloc to your GPS (manually)

Follow a Wikiloc trail from your GPS (Suunto, Polar, Wahoo, etc).

The trail needs to be saved on your computer in a valid format for your device (usually .gpx).
If you don't have the trail file, download it for free from Wikiloc's website. Here we show you how.

How to send it:

In most Garmin devices, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Connect the GPS device through a USB cable to your computer.
  2. The internal memory and the microSD card will be detected as disk units.
  3. Access internal memory
  4. Copy the .gpx file to a "trail" folder from your internal memory. Quite often those folders are hidden and we must check the "Show hidden files" on your computer to see them.
  5. On your GPS, go to a section similar to "My Trips", activate the trail and you are set to go!
