The Navigation Pack is not working

If you have purchased Wikiloc Premium or the Navigation Pack and you can not use it, check the following points:


Make sure you are logged in with the same user with whom you have made the purchase. The Navigation Pack is linked to the account that was logged in at the time of purchase.


Check if your app is up to date. Go to the  App Store (if you have an iPhone) or to Google Play (if you have an Android), and check if you have an update button available.


The App purchases are made through the corresponding Official App Shops (App Store or Google Play).
Once these are done by the user and confirmed by the stores, they are sent to Wikiloc's server.
As soon as we receive them, we validate it and offer the service. If this last process failed, close the App and reopen it.


In some cases this issue has been solved after rebooting the device.


Also, sometimes (such as old purchases that were tied to the platform, as the Lifetime Navigation Pack), if the device and the platform is changed (between iPhone and Android), the purchase will not appear, as it will not be recognized as valid from one platform to the other.
